One session for looking deeply into a single question or situation. (55 minutes)
During this session, Rick will lead you through a process of discovering the story that has been guiding your behaviors and beliefs around a particular situation or question. Once you can see the story outside yourself, you have the power to evaluate the story as part of your life, and decide whether you want to keep it, edit it, or create an entirely new story. You’ll also receive some materials to help you with Integration of what you discovered.
